At Crafted Trove, each terrarium is carefully handcrafted and packaged with attention to detail. We want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll always do our best to help if there is an issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the product,
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where applicable.

Returns

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our terrariums, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • change of mind.
  • minor natural variations.
  • improper care after delivery.

Each terrarium is individually handmade, so slight differences in plants, moss, stones, or decorative elements may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of the product.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in cases where:

  • the item arrives significantly damaged,
  • the wrong item was sent,
  • product cannot reasonably be used as intended.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within a short period after purchase before production or dispatch begins.

Care Responsibility

Terrariums are living miniature environments and require basic care. Crafted Trove is not responsible for damage caused by

  • overwatering,
  • direct sunlight exposure,
  • improper handling,
  • lack of recommended care.
